Since the beginning, we’ve had a team of railroaders solely focused on East Palestine and the surrounding communities. They’ve been on the ground spending time with residents, visiting businesses, and making sure their voices are heard. Stacey Mansfield, Director of Community Affairs, is a prime example of that work.  

A proud Norfolk Southern railroader for over 17 years, she helps lead our ground team who are working every day to make it right for the people of this community.
