That is why we work day-in and day-out to ensure Norfolk Southern’s rail network is strategically positioned to connect our customers to the world. When it comes to connections, it is also critically important to think beyond our infrastructure.
Norfolk Southern has a longstanding reputation of being a constructive and visible corporate citizen in each region of our 22-state service area. Whether it is through the local rotary, traffic club, or chamber of commerce, understanding the unique business makeup of each community in which we operate is essential to our company’s overall mission to provide the most customer-centric, operations-driven service product in the industry.
