Norfolk Southern President and CEO Alan Shaw and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer John Orr recently visited with our team at the 47th Street Intermodal Terminal in Chicago. 47th street handles primarily premium and domestic intermodal traffic between Chicago and the Northeast. It serves as NS' largest intermodal corridor. During their visit, Shaw and Orr met with local leaders and craft colleagues to discuss how we can continue to provide safe, reliable, and resilient service for customers. We're getting a lot of positive feedback from our customer base, so I wanted to make sure folks understand they're delivering results and they're delivering it in the right way.
