Railroaders across Norfolk Southern started the New Year kicking off our vision that Everything Starts with Safety. On January 2, our teams were raising awareness around the importance of working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.

We will continue to hold events like these year-round so that safety remains top of mind,” said Paul Duncan, Chief Operating Officer. “We’re working closely to support our craft colleagues so we can work safely and return home each day the same way we came to work.”
